The GTI 2500 features Garrett’s exclusive Graphic Target Imaging technology which provides automatic pinpointing and sizing information. With its PowerMaster DSP technology the GTI 2500 boasts superb sensitivity and depth capabilities. There are 6 search modes to choose from as well as a custom option.  Controls are easily laid out via the touchpad buttons and intuitive on screen options.
The GTI 2500 features a large LCD screen which is further highlighted by the use of Treasure Vision which quickly shows target location, size and depth as well as its actual identity. Size and depth can be easily determined with the Imaging Grid place prominently in the center of the display. The target cursor scale also shows conductivity levels of each target as the coil is swept past it. Switch to Search Image mode to constantly display size and depth information.
Ground balance is quickly adjusted through the automatic Fast Track function, while Auto Track will allow the GTI 2500 to continually calibrate itself as the ground mineralization conditions change while treasure hunting. The Salt Elimination Aid allows the GTI 2500 to reduce the typical interference experienced when hunting is wet sand and beaches.
The backlit LCD also has color coded indicators making it easy to use in any lighting situation. A hip mountable battery pack is also available to reduce weight and user fatigue during search sessions.
