The Garrett AT Pro is an all-terrain metal detector designed to meet the serious treasure hunter’s needs in any situation. The machine is completely waterproof and is able to operate fully submerged in up to 10 feet of water. Choose any of the preset search modes or create your own in either Standard or Pro mode.
Target identification is made easy with the highly accurate digital Target ID numerical display in conjunction with its 20-segment Target ID scale. A separate Discrimination scale features up to 12 segments of elimination patterns. In addition, the AT Pro features Garrett’s exclusive Iron Mask high resolution discrimination, which offers 40 points of definition, for use in extremely high trash ground conditions.
The AT Pro’s Iron Audio mode also allows better detection of iron objects that may otherwise be filtered. By switching to the Pro mode you can enable the Proportional Audio and Tone Roll audio modes, which allows you to hear changes in target size, depth and conductivity, making it easier to discern high value objects in any search area. A 5-segment coin depth indicator also provides accurate depth information from 2 to 10 inches.
Ground balance can be automatically tuned with the AT Pro allowing it to perform optimally even in high levels of ground mineralization. Manual ground balance adjustments can also be made whenever necessary.
The AT Pro comes with an 8.5 x 11 inch Double D search coil and weighs only 3 lbs.
