Minelab GPX 4500 Review

The Minelab GPX 4500 is the top of the line model the GPX 5000 replaced. It still features a lot of Minelab’s advanced and extensive feature set that make the GPX line of detectors outstanding performers in the field.

Users have rated the Minelab GPX 4500 very highly with its ability to find even very small gold pieces. It is also reportedly very easy to use with its intuitive digital menu system making fine tuning settings and choosing presets a breeze.

Pros:

  • Excellent at detecting even small gold nuggets
  • Works in areas with high EMI
  • Extensive feature set
  • Easy to understand control system

Cons:

  • None noted
