This makes the T2 more effective in highly mineralized ground conditions such as magnetism from iron minerals in soil, which typically introduces unnecessary interference making detecting valuable objects more difficult.
The T2 comes with an 11-inch elliptical Double D search coil, which is fully submersible, making it suitable for beach hunts. This single frequency induction balance detector operates at 13 kHz.
